If the returned item has not been used in accordance with the product specifications, has been burned, damaged or missing parts, or has been damaged during the return as a result of improper protection of the goods, then the warranty will not be valid. RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If the goods are returned and there is no breach of warranty as set out in clause 4.2 then the Vendor shall be entitled to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the goods so returned. Before returning any goods to the Vendor, the Purchaser shall contact the Vendor to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number which shall be quoted on all paperwork relating to the goods being returned. The Purchaser shall bear the cost of returning any goods and shall follow any specific instructions as to the return given by the supplier at any time.
