We offer free shipping for most products via Fedex Ground or USPS First-class/Priority Mail. For larger freight items please contact us for a freight quote. You can buy from us with confidence. Please contact us prior to opening a return if you are having a technical issue. We will issue return labels for defective or damaged items (we verify the item’s serial prior to issuing refunds).
